DUE TO THE INCREASE OF COVID-19 CASES WORLDWIDE: We are experiencing longer shipping & delivery times. 

Cheeky-Swimwear.com has 2 manufacturer locations.

MOST of our items are shipped from our U.S. manufacturer and expected delivery is between 4-12 business days; however, a select few item's are shipped from overseas and experience longer delivery times. Please allow 12-28 business days for packages from our overseas location; unless delivery times specified in Product Description. 

Return Policy: Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority at Cheeky-Swimwear!

Cheeky-Swimwear offers 100% refund guarantee for any damaged or defective items upon delivery. 

Please contact Info@Cheeky-Swimwear.com with photos of damaged/defective items OR for other return reasons within 5 days of delivery date to begin the refund process.

Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of return to process your refund, which will be issued to you in the form of store credit only.

Due to the intimacy of our products, please understand:

    • Items MUST be returned in original packaging with hygienic liner, and free from any signs of wear; soiled, makeup, deodorant, etc.
    • We cannot guarantee returns for bikinis, bodysuits, or undergarments.
    • Upon return receipt, our claims department will inspect the items to determine return eligibility; that items are in new condition and free of any signs of wear/use.
    • Cheeky-Swimwear will not be responsible for Return Shipping Costs.

Delivery Information: Delivery times vary according to your delivery address, item availability, and time of day your order is placed.

Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation with your shipping and billing details.

Order Processing: After order confirmation, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Some items may have longer processing times due to high demand. In such circumstances, you will be notified.

Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation notification when your order has shipped, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment, as well as a tracking number are included in the email.

  • Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping provider 2-4 business days to update the status of the shipment - and your tracking link may not work immediately.
  • If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different dates. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each item. 
Delivery Claims:
  • If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; please contact us within 5 days to file a claim.
  • We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete

Cheeky-Swimwear does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier IF NOT ADDRESSED WITHIN 5 DAYS. 

  • We cannot issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered if we are not contacted within 5 days of tracking delivery date.
