Tracking Your Order

If you have placed an order:

Please allow 1-3 business days for Order Processing

You will receive a shipping confirmation with your package tracking number when your item ships. 

Your items may be shipped in separate packages, depending on manufacturer location, availability and inventory. If this is the case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated in the system if it does not work right away. 

Your order is initially packaged and shipped by our shipping partner, PITNEY BOWES.

PITNEY BOWES then delivers your items to your local USPS office for delivery to the destination address.

*PLEASE NOTE your package is first handled by our shipping partners, then delivered to USPS, so the USPS tracking may not be in effect right away.

You can SIGN UP for AUTOMATIC UPDATES via the USPS website as well, to get text/email notifications in real time regarding your package!

Please note, due to the increased COVID-19 cases, and limited staff availability, our shipping partners are overwhelmed with packages. Once you receive shipping confirmation, please allow 12-24 working business days (Monday - Friday) for delivery.
